STAYING SANE DURING COVID-19


I decided to start a blog, a sustainable lifestyle and design blog that will help others reach their sustainable living goals. I’d like to begin this effort starting from the inside out - taking care of the body and mind.

I’ve always had struggles with depression and more recently, anxiety. Since May is Mental Health Awareness month, and due to the fact that most of us are confined to our homes and trying to stay sane, I thought this would be a perfect place to start.

For this month, I’ll be learning from the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) ways to help keep my own depression/anxiety in check, and sharing those ideas with you, as well as sharing my own methods. Please check out the free mental health toolkit at the NAMI website.
